Print media is the longest type of media to be around. This includes some of the examples listed above, such as newspapers, magazines, etc. Before the internet or broadcast media was available, print media is how word got out about different brands and businesses. Some examples of broadcast media would be television, radio, etc. This is another effective way of reaching consumers. Hearing a catchy jingle on the radio or a memorable commercial while watching a favorite show helps your brand stick in the minds of potential customers. Video production is extremely prevalent today and can fall into this category along with social media.
The Internet/Social Media
The more modern way of reaching an audience is social media. Depending on who your audience is, social media can be extremely effective, especially if you are aiming for a younger demographic. Some examples would be Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, etc. A viral video or picture could up your sales immensely. Companies also reach out to influencers to test their products to reach an even larger audience.
